About

Here for you

I want to hear your story and work alongside you to let your best self shine. My ideal client is someone who is motivated and willing to commit towards the path of internal growth. I am here with you every step of the way to help navigate this experience of life. My primary work has been with anxiety, self-esteem, transition into adulthood, communication growth, parental growth, school struggles, and careers. Sometimes words cannot fully explain how we are feeling. I lean into creative techniques such as art, music, theater, and writing to help clients express and process their feelings and thoughts. I also provide traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and education about the brain to make connections between thoughts, body responses, and behaviors. Building connections with clients with compassion and empathy is important to me. I am here to listen, embrace your strengths, and work through difficulties together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Virginia. I am certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS) in the state of West Virginia. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Child Development with a minor in Human Services as well as my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling.
